This column on IPR Enforcement provides a Chart on IPR enforcement measures in accordance with the IP Law of Vietnam together with contact details of IPR enforcement agencies.
This column also provides information about IPR enforcement status in the country and the developments of international negotiation rounds on IPR.

The right enforcement database contains data about the IPR infringement cases that are dealt with by various forces.
All the cases are set out in a consistent form and include detailed information about the act, infringed subject matter, facts and settlement measure. With regard to some typical cases, comments from experienced enforcement experts are available.

This is a collection of all currently applicable provisions in Vietnam on IP. All the IPR legislation, after being reviewed to remove all the expired provisions, has been arranged in a consistent structure based on the structure of the current IP Law. All the provisions of sub-law documents are arranged next to the relevant provisions of the Law to facilitate effective research, review and update of the IPR provisions. Before the ratification and official promulgation by the competent agency, businesses, organizations and individuals might use this Code as a source of reference to understand the Vietnam’s legal framework for IPR.
This is the outcome of the coordination between the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the drafting agencies involved in the IP sector including the National Office for Intellectual Property, the Copyright Office of Vietnam, the Office for Protection of Plant Varieties. This activity has been carried out under the instruction of the Law Committee of the National Assembly and the leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
